ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Accessible seating is located throughout the ballpark near an elevator, lift and/or ramp. Accessible seating will be available on the floor, located near home plate. Tickets are subject to availability and can be purchased online at tiktokinthemix.com

AGE

This is an All Ages event, however, any Event Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for admission. While this is an All Ages event, we recommend Event Attendees be 13 & over to enjoy the content produced

ANIMALS
Animals, except for service animals as defined by federal law, are not permitted at Sloan Park.
BABY CHANGING AREAS

Baby changing areas can be found in each restroom, including family restrooms located throughout the ballpark. A baby changing area also can be found at First Aid located directly behind Section 111.

BAGS AND BACKPACKS

As a continuing effort to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of entrance screening, Event Management has implemented the following bag policy, shown below. Bags are subject to inspection. Please see the Prohibited Items section for a list of prohibited items, shown below.

BAG/LUGGAGE STORAGE
The venue does not offer large bag or luggage storage, so please plan accordingly.
BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs are prohibited and will not be allowed into the event.
BOTTLES, CANS AND OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Factory-sealed plastic bottles can be brought into the ballpark. No glass bottles, cans, alcoholic beverages, thermoses or hard-sided coolers of any kind may be brought into Sloan Park. Please see the Prohibited Items section for a list of prohibited items, shown below.

CAMERAS/VIDEO EQUIPMENT
Professional cameras and video equipment are not allowed into the event.
CASHLESS POLICY

From parking and retail to concessions and merch purchases, all purchases are cashless and require a credit card at Sloan Park. Reverse ATMs are available for fans to convert cash to a credit card that can be used for purchases at Sloan Park and elsewhere.

Drinking fountains are located throughout the ballpark, outside each restroom location.

Our Fan Services kiosk is located just inside the First Base Gate. Services provided include answers to fan questions, ballpark food locations, directions and more. Fans also may share their feedback here regarding their experience at Sloan Park.

ENTERING THE BALLPARK
For your safety, Sloan Park requires all guests, staff and media to be screened prior to entry. Using our touchless entry process, guests will not have to remove items such as mobile phones, wallets and keys before passing through the metal detector. Following the screening process, a guest’s mobile ticket, available exclusively via the MLB Ballpark app, will be scanned by Sloan Park staff.

EVACUATION PLAN

In the event of an evacuation, fans will be communicated to via the digital screens and PA at Sloan Park. Complete details will be released closer to the event.

Personal Safety Plan
We ask that all attendees have a personal safety plan in place. Your personal safety plan should include: 
  • Reviewing the event map in advance 
  • Knowing your exits 
  • Knowing where to seek shelter during an evacuation 
  • Making a plan with everyone in your party on where to meet in the event of an evacuation 
  • If you are parking at Sloan Park, please remember where you parked. We recommend that you pack and leave extra water in your car. 
  • If you are being dropped off, plan to exit through the Right Field Gate. 
If the Evacuation is Temporary, Seek Shelter
 
Please be advised that tents, the stadium seating, and temporary structures are not safe places to seek shelter.  Safe shelter instructions are below.  Your designated shelter location is based on how you arrived at the Event.  Event staff will be available to assist you.
 
Fans who parked:  Fans who parked will return to their vehicle to seek shelter.  Routes to return to parking will be posted to assist you.
 
Fans who arrived by drop off or Rideshare: Fans that do not have access to a vehicle will exit the site through the Right Field Gate, located at the corner of Sheffield Avenue and Paseo Lago Vista, to call a ride. The entrance and routes are marked on the Event map and evacuation route signage will be available for assistance.
 
After a Temporary Evacuation
When fans are advised to seek temporary shelter, our intent is to restart the event if weather permits.  Fans will be advised if/when it is safe to return to the event.  Fans will be given ample time to re-enter the grounds before music will resume.
 
If it is determined that, after a temporary evacuation, the event is not able to re-start, fans will be notified that the event is cancelled and asked to exit the venue for the remainder of the day.
 
Weather Cancellation
If the Event is Cancelled Due to Weather
If the Event is cancelled for the remainder of the day, fans are asked to safely exit the venue. Fans who may not be able to easily exit may seek temporary shelter under the covered portion of the level 1 concourse.

FILMING

TikTok ‘In the Mix” will be filmed for a livestream on the TikTok platform.

FIREARMS AND WEAPONS
No firearms or other weapons are allowed on Sloan Park premises.
FIRST AID

The First Aid station is located near the Home Plate Gate, behind Section 111. Signage identifies this area. Event Attendees in need of first aid may ask the nearest Sloan Park associate, security guard or staff to request first aid or medical personnel.

GATES
  • Center Field Gate is located on the north side of the ballpark.
  • Right Field Gate is located on the southeast side of the ballpark.
  • First Base Gate is located on the south side of the ballpark.
  • Home Plate Gate is located on the southwest side of the ballpark.
GATE OPENING TIMES

Doors for the event will open up at 2:00 PM, with the show starting at 4:00 PM.

HEALTH & SAFETY

The health and safety of artists, event attendees and associates remains a top priority and we continue to work in close coordination with MLB, top health experts and local officials to advance our health and safety protocols. Ballpark staff will continue to perform routine cleaning and disinfecting of all surfaces before, during and after games.  We are committed to providing a safe, clean and enjoyable experience at Sloan Park.

LAWN SEATING
Blankets, towels and stadium seats are prohibited for this event
LEVY RESTAURANTS

Levy Restaurants proudly manages food, beverage and merchandise sales at Sloan Park. For guest convenience, there are six concession stands, as well as multiple portable cart outlets located throughout the ballpark.

LOST AND FOUND

Any items found at Sloan Park should be turned in to the Cubs security office located behind Section 111. If the item isn’t located during the game, fans may call the next day to check if the item was found. Guests inquiring about lost items may call 602-402-1336 or email mesa@cubs.com. The Chicago Cubs and Sloan Park are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

LOST CHILDREN & PARENTS

A child who has been separated from his or her parents will be escorted by Sloan Park staff to the Cubs security office located behind Section 111. A parent trying to locate his or her child should notify Sloan Park staff at the Fan Services kiosk.

MOBILE TICKETING

Event tickets are available exclusively as mobile tickets via the free MLB Ballpark app. For additional information on mobile ticketing, including a detailed FAQ section, visit Cubs.com/SloanParkMobileTicketing.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE

PARKING

Parking may be purchased for $10-$20 per vehicle or motorcycle on a first-come, first-served basis. Pricing varies per lot. ADA parking will be available for purchase in the Blue Lot. All purchases will be cashless and require a credit card. Parking lots open four hours prior to the start of the event.

All bags are subject to inspection. To ensure Event Attendees safety, we reserve the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous or suspicious, including any item capable of being used as a projectile.
RE-ENTRY
There is no re-entry allowed at Sloan Park.
RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located throughout Sloan Park. Restrooms can be found behind sections 103, 112, 119 and 120, behind the left-field and right-field seating areas and on all three party decks. Restrooms are equipped with infant changing tables. Please ask Sloan Park staff for directions to the closest restroom.

RIDESHARE INFO

Rideshare drop off and pick-up is located by the Right Field Gate, at the corner of Sheffield Avenue and Paseo Lago Vista.  

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed unless in a designated smoking area.

STROLLERS

The recommended age for this event is 13+. With that said, collapsible strollers that can be stored underneath the seat or placed flat on the grass are permitted at Sloan Park. Stroller storage is not available, and strollers will not be permitted to be left unattended on the concourse.

TAILGATING POLICY

Tailgating is not permitted for this event.

WHEELCHAIR SERVICE

For guests who require assistance from the gates to their seats, complimentary wheelchair service is available. Upon entering the ballpark, please ask a Sloan Park associate for assistance. If wheelchair service is needed to transport a guest to a seat location or back to one of the gates at the conclusion of the event, please notify a Sloan Park employee for assistance. Wheelchair service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and guests may be asked to wait until a wheelchair becomes available. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs, wheelchair assistance is only provided to and from the seating location and gate, and wheelchairs are not permitted to go off property. Please see the nearest Sloan Park representative in the event of a medical emergency in which wheelchair service is needed.

WILL CALL

Event tickets are available exclusively as mobile tickets via the MLB Ballpark app. Will call, including ticket pick-up and drop-off services, is not available at Sloan Park. Ticket holders can utilize the ticket forward functionality in the MLB Ballpark app to transfer tickets.

WEATHER POLICY
TikTok In The Mix is a rain or shine event, however, there are several instances in which the event may be paused, evacuated, or canceled due to inclement weather, including (but not limited to): severe thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, hail, flooding, or as directed by local emergency personnel. Event management is constantly monitoring weather conditions and consulting local and national weather resources to ensure the safest possible event. 
 
If an evacuation due to inclement weather becomes necessary Event Attendees will either be advised to temporarily seek shelter or that the event is cancelled for the remainder of the day.  This notification will be made by audio and video announcements from the stage and social media.  We recommend Event Attendees follow our socials to stay up to date with festival communication.
 
To allow the necessary time to safely evacuate the site, the evacuation notice may occur before any weather conditions are visible.  We request that all Event Attendees follow the directions of festival staff and local law enforcement.
